Our Story

Crumb Bakeshop started with a small-town apple pie contest that changed everything. When our son asked to attend a class trip to New York, we raised the funds by selling my winning apple crumb pie. It was such a hit, we made enough for both of us to go to NYC – and so Crumb Bakeshop was born! We are a local family run business located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln.

Our Commitment to Quality

​Every pie, cookie, and cheesecake is made from scratch with the finest ingredients sourced from local suppliers. We use traditional techniques, ensuring each crumb topping is hand-crumbled and every batch is baked fresh to perfection.

A triple layer delight! Available gluten free. Offering a variety of rotating seasonal flavors

BakeShop Goods

From freshly baked cookies, cupcakes, cinnamon roll muffins, scones, jam biscuits, brownies, carrot cake muffins & quiche. Every item is made from scratch using local ingredients. Our baked goods selection rotates to feature new flavors but we always keep a few customer favorites on hand.
